2027 Scholarship Submission Form

Applicants must be of Portuguese ancestry or descent and family must be originating from the greater Bridgeport and Connecticut region.

Please complete the application and all the requirements below. Please scan or send as attachments and send as one email with subject line “ LAST, FIRST NAME: 2027 Portuguese American Civic League Application.” To ensure you are considered, please do not send materials late or in separate e-mails.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

Scholarship recipients should be in attendance.
